“To keep inspired I’ve been researching 2017 and the possible trends which may approach the upcoming year for us cake makers. For sugar artists, colour plays an important role for our designing and creative masterpieces, and after some time researching I’m happy to say Kale green and especially shades of grey are the focus of the new year according to Vogue Live and Bentley motors, who have reported it in their latest issues and media releases.
