Make Christmas Decorations With Paper: Gorgeous Hanging Pine Cone!
Ever tried to make Christmas decorations with paper? It’s a fantastic way to get yourself (and the rest of the family!) feeling festive in the run-up to Christmas. Plus, there’s nothing like a Christmas tree covered in handmade decorations rather than standard store-bought ones! These cones look simply stunning, and are so straightforward to make!
To Make Christmas Decorations With Paper You Will Need:
- Creative faux leather paper (or other paper/card of your choice)
- Polystyrene ball
- Glue gun
- Metal hanger
- Cord or ribbon for hanging
DIY Paper Christmas Decorations Instructions:
Punch out approx. 80 circles with a paper punch. For this bauble we have used a 25 mm paper punch. Glue the first faux leather paper circle onto the top of the bauble using a glue gun.
Now glue four circles in a staggered fashion onto the polystyrene ball.
Glue the circles all the way around the bauble in a staggered fashion.
Push a hole in one of the faux leather paper circles for the metal hanger.
Make a hole in the bauble for the metal hanger.
Push the metal hanger into the bauble and glue in place.
Attach a leather cord for hanging.
