  • Thank You – I bought the “Butterick Sewing Machine “, tonight. I love the LQQK of this machine & can’t wait for it to arrive!!
I have recorded the Create & Craft show, with the lovely Debbie and your other lovely presenter – which I shall watch again,
and learn as much as I can. I do have a sewing machine, but only using it after a long time yesterday, I find I’m holding my
breath literally, expecting it ti seize up or go wrong. I love the features of this machine, the tacking & embroidery, to name only two. Having the extention table is a real bonus, and the special price as a member is amazing. Thank You – Create & Craft : ) xXx.

  • I have one of these machines and have threaded it over and over, adjusted tension and still i can’t get a straight stitch without it all gathering on the back. Any suggestions folks?

  • Same thing has happened to me, tried the tension , needle change re threaded my machine bobbin in and out changed same thing happens all gathered at the back. So frustrating when all I want to do is sew. What a heap of junk.

  • I adore this machine! It does everything but embroidery. The automatic thread cutter is tread and time saving. I use it everyday and travel with her for sewing therapy with my mother in law once a week. It is pretty heavy so not ideal for travel. I have a rolling tote so no big deal. It came with so many feet that I can’t imagine needing to buy another one.

  • Please can you help me? I need to buy replacement foot pedal and power plug for a Butterick EB6 100 where can I source this?

  • I have never sewn before but saw Debbie Shore using this several times and was really hooked. Bought the Butterick and oh my I love it, I am in the process of making a top and all is going well, am getting the hang of it as it is so easy to use, and think the needle threader is the best thing since sliced bread. Thank you for making my new hobbie at such an affordable price.

  • I’ve just had Butterick sewing machine for Christmas. It won’t sew and needle seems to be hitting foot. I get an error code Lo, can anyone help?

  • I got the butterick EB6100 for Christmas and love it.
However, being a new sewer I would love a chart with the name and images of each non decorative stitch

  • I have bought the butterick eb6100 and would like to be able to use it for my patchwork 1/4 seam. Could you tell me how as the seam is to large as per instructions. Thank you

    • Hi Rosemary – we forwarded your question to Debbie Shore, hopefully the below will solve the problem:

The easiest way is to place a tape measure under the needle and move the needle to the right slightly until it’s over the 1/4″ mark, or a universal 1/4″ low shank foot should work!

      Hope that helps!

  • Git the Butterick EB6100 for Xmas and its fantastic although I do seem to be experiencing a few problems with the needle threader. The tension spring seems to stick when the threader is pulled down and I’ve had to thread the needle manually today as it does not seem to be threading through the needle. I’ve poor eyesight and this was a real selling point for me. Any suggestions on how or what I can do

  • I love the Butterick machine which was a Christmas present but unfortunately, the needle threader has broke (the black band round the pole has snapped). I have tried to find a replacement online but can’t find one. Do you know where I can get a replacement please?
